Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Golazo media, a limited liability company (NV) with registered office at Schoebroekstraat 8, 3583 Beringen, (hereinafter referred to as “Golazo media”) offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its webshop online.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order via the Golazo media web shop, the Customer agrees to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless they have been accepted in advance, in writing and expressly by Golazo media.

Article 2: Price
All stated prices are expressed in EURO, always inclusive of VAT and all other duties or taxes that are required to be paid by the Customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The indication of price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website have been compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Golazo media. Golazo media is only held to an obligation of means with regard to the correctness and completeness of the information provided. Golazo media is under no circumstances liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, colour, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request that the Customer contact our customer service in advance.
The offer is always valid as long as stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by Golazo media. Golazo media cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 4: Online purchases
The Customer can fill his shopping cart with the desired purchases by selecting the articles. By selecting the shopping cart, he always gets a complete overview of the:
Items included in the order
Individual price of the respective articles
Total price including VAT of the entire purchase
Shipping costs charged for the delivery of the order
Discounts are only granted if the Customer enters the correct voucher code in the appropriate field when entering his purchase. Confirmation of the purchase without registering the discount code cannot give rise to a refund of a certain discount amount after the order has been placed.
The Customer is responsible for registering the correct delivery address in order to prevent incorrect shipment.
The Customer must pay the full purchase amount via online payment after choosing between the available payment options.
Golazo media is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
Articles ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands. For deliveries elsewhere, Golazo media must always be contacted in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the place of residence of the Customer within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately to Golazo media by the Customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by the Golazo media.

Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of Golazo media until the moment of full payment by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Golazo media's retention of title, e.g. to anyone who would seize items that have not yet been fully paid for.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online from Golazo media in their capacity as consumers. However, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain articles and services.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Golazo media, Schoebroekstraat 8, info@golazo.com by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) of its decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but is not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Golazo Media, Schoebroekstraat 8, 3583 Beringen without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which it communicated its decision to revoke the agreement to Golazo Media. The Customer is on time if he sends back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
If the returned product has diminished in value in any way, Golazo media reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
If the Customer revokes the agreement, Golazo media will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Golazo media has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw the cancel the agreement. In the case of sales agreements, Golazo media may withhold reimbursement until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that it has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of the Customer for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Golazo Media will not be refunded.
Golazo media will refund the Customer with the same means of payment as the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.

Article 8: Warranty
If the delivered items do not conform to the order placed, the legal warranty period applies. The legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.
To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
If a defect is detected, the Customer must inform Golazo media as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 2 months after its discovery. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement will lapse.
The (commercial and/or legal) guarantee never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, adjustments or changes to the article, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, unless the Customer proves otherwise.

Article 10: Privacy
The personal data provided by you will only be used for the following purposes: our customer management, order processing, sending newsletters, to keep you informed of our activities, advertising and/or marketing purposes.
You have a legal right to access to your data, the right to correct your data or have it corrected, the right to delete your data, the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data and right to portability of your data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain a written notification of your personal data free of charge via a written, dated and signed request to Golazo media, Schoebroekstraat 8, 3583 Beringen, info@golazo.com.
You can oppose the use of your data for direct marketing free of charge. To this end, you can always contact Golazo media, Schoebroekstraat 8 Beringen, info@golazo.com.
We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent it or sell it to third parties.
The customer is responsible for keeping his login details and the use of his password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so Golazo media has no access to your password.
Golazo media keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics in order to see which pages of the website are visited and to what extent.

Article 11: Use of cookies
During a visit to the site, 'cookies' may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. Article 12: Liability
In all cases where we can be shown to be held liable, this liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount that you actually paid for an item. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude our liability in the event of intent or gross negligence.

Article 13: Affected validity - non-renunciation
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal or void, this will not in any way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.
Failure at any time by Golazo media to enforce any of the rights set forth in these Terms, or to exercise any right hereunder, shall never be deemed a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of such rights. .

Article 14: Change of conditions
These Conditions are supplemented by other conditions to which explicit reference is made, and the general terms and conditions of sale of Golazo media. In case of contradiction, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Article 15: Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and back-ups can serve as evidence.

Article 16: Complaints procedure - Disputes
If our products do not meet your expectations and you want to formulate a complaint, you can contact us via our customer service. We do everything we can to handle your complaint within 7 working days. You can also register your complaint via the ODR platform (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu) of the European Commission. This is a platform set up by the EU for all consumers across Europe.
Our general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law, regardless of the Customer's place of residence. In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved through extrajudicial means, only the courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Golazo Media are competent.

Article 17: WINACTION CLINI
Make a purchase of €60 or more in our webshop. If you are among the first 100 winners, you will receive a free entry ticket to an exclusive golf clinic at the Soudal Open.
